In light of the breaking news of Macquarie Ice Rink (MIR) being demolished the Sydney Bears Executive Committee have been made aware of the current situation and are currently working with rink management to ascertain more information. At this point in time, the Executive Committee have only been made aware the demolition of Macquarie Ice Rink will occur in 2020. As such, this will not affect the upcoming 2019 season which will continue to run as planned at MIR. We ask that our dedicated fans remain patient during this time as we communicate with the rink and as more information surfaces, we will ensure fans will be made aware of any new developments in the matter. |
