Sydney Bears Announce 2025 Board

We are pleased to announce the newly elected Sydney Bears Board for the upcoming season:

President - Rhye Kolodynski
Rhye will oversee the club’s personnel and day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth coordination of activities while maintaining high standards across all departments. He will lead efforts to strengthen the club’s organisational structure and promote a positive culture of excellence. Rhye joined the Bears general committee in the 2024 season as the Team Manager. 

Vice President - Andrew Bourne 
Andrew brings over 10 years of experience with the Bears and will work closely with the President to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements. His deep understanding of the club’s history and operations will support long-term decision-making. Andrew also looks after the Bears IT operations. 

Treasurer - Nick Bellamy 
Nick will manage the club’s financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. He will ensure the club remains financially stable, compliant with regulatory requirements, and well-positioned to achieve its future objectives.

Secretary - Marlon Dionisio 
Marlon will maintain official club records, oversee correspondence, and support the committee by ensuring compliance with governance processes. His role includes organising meetings, preparing minutes, and communicating key updates to members and stakeholders.

Team Governor - Bianca Musico
Bianca has been involved in the AIHL since 2013. In her role as Team Governor, she will help strengthen communication between the league, the team, and club leadership, supporting strategic alignment with the club’s vision and priorities.
